又到了一年一度的诺贝尔颁奖礼时间了~
颁奖礼当晚，诺奖得主、瑞典王室以及各国政要等名流悉数到场出席晚宴。
瑞典王室女性们皆身着华服出席，头上戴的王冠也个个都是王室的传家宝~
瑞典王后希尔维亚依然穿着去年颁奖礼时穿过的白金礼服亮相，头戴她最爱的“索菲亚王后王冠”(Queen Sofia's tiara)。
女王储维多利亚则选择了一身蓬松的黑白礼服，裙上绣有朵朵玫瑰花，她头戴巴登穗状王冠 (The Baden Fringe Tiara)，再搭配了一条钻石项链和水滴状耳环。
索菲亚王妃（瑞典王子菲利普之妻）当晚一袭蓝裙相当吸睛，她也对作为自己结婚礼物的这顶王冠进行了改造，加上了一颗颗绿松石以及珍珠↓↓↓
瑞典国王的小女儿玛德琳公主则选择了一身玫红色的礼服~

The Swedish royal family put on a glittering display at the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony banquet on Dec 10, wowing in opulent jewels and elegant ball gowns.
As the royals arrived at the banquet the Table of Honour took centre stage for the laureates in medicine, chemistry, physics literature and economics.
The Swedish royals dust off their jewels only on 
formal occasions, with the prestigious Nobel ceremony the perfect excuse to show off the family heirlooms.
不过，对于一众吃货来说，或许更感兴趣的还是大名鼎鼎的诺贝尔晚宴到底都吃了啥？
据报道，依照惯例，诺奖晚宴通常为客人准备三杯酒、三道菜（前菜、主菜和甜品），像海鲜、鹿肉等瑞典特色的食材，出现在菜单上的频率较高。
根据诺贝尔奖官网介绍，今年的三道菜分别为：
前菜：卡利克斯白鳟鱼子配黄瓜，酸菜水煮甘蓝，奶油莳萝和辣根酱 (Kalix vendace roe with cucumber, pickle-poached kohlrabi, creamy dill and a horseradish sauce. )
主菜：鸡油菌和柠檬百里香鸭，焦糖蒜香土豆，五香腌制黄金甜菜根配烤鸭汁。搭配甘蓝，烟熏椎茸，烤洋葱，云杉油 (Duck stuffed with black chanterelles and lemon thyme, potatoes with caramelised garlic, spiced pickled golden beetroot and a roast duck jus. Served with Savoy cabbage with smoked shiitake, baked onion and spruce oil )
甜品：覆盆子慕斯，脱水巧克力慕斯，覆盆子吉舍尔甜点和覆盆子雪芭 (Raspberry mousse, dehydrated chocolate mousse, raspberry kissel and raspberry sorbet.)
